I wish this book had been available to me years ago when I was learning CSS. It is an excellent book for getting an initial grounding in the use of CSS. I would therefore recommend it to all starting out with HTML/CSS.

It is not a complete manual of CSS but it does provide the essential initial understanding. Any IT team wishing to retrain people into web applications, should use this book as a first step in the training process. By following the exercises, any developer should get the initial experience in the use of CSS to style HTML.

There are some typographic errors acknowledged in the errata and the published would be well advised to produce a corrected edition.
